Generating an injury facesheet
Step 1 — Start on the injury
Start on the injury you want a cover sheet for — for example, a cumulative-trauma claim administered by Liberty Mutual, claim WC123-C12345. The facesheet is generated from the claim, so everything it shows is already on file.
Step 2 — Click Facesheet
Up in the header, click Facesheet. Mindbill assembles the whole summary on the fly — no copying, no retyping. It pulls the live claim data, so the sheet always reflects the current state of the injury.
Step 3 — Read the facesheet
And there it is: a clean, letterhead-style one-pager. The patient's demographics and address up top. The injury and claim block — date of injury, employer, claims administrator, claim status, and the diagnosis codes pulled straight from the injury. And the contacts on this claim — the adjuster and the applicant attorney, with phone, fax, and email — everything a payer needs, on one page.
Step 4 — Print or save as PDF
Then Print or Save as PDF — and you've got a fax cover sheet or an attachment in seconds. That's the facesheet: a complete, professional claim summary without assembling anything by hand.
A facesheet is the clean cover sheet you fax with a bill or a report — and in Mindbill it's one click from an injury to a complete, fax-ready one-pager. Mindbill assembles the patient demographics, the injury and claim block, the diagnosis codes, and the contacts on the claim on the fly, with no copying or retyping.
